Tensor Wave Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates Tier Flock (tierflock.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service.

By using Tier Flock, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information

• Email address
• Name
• Password (stored securely using hashing via Better Auth)

Automatically Collected Information

• IP address
• User agent (browser and device information)

User-Generated Content

• Tier list templates and rankings you create
• Comments and reactions
• Images you upload

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your sessions
• Enable you to create, save, and share tier lists
• Display your content to other users as part of the community
• Maintain the security and integrity of our service
• Improve and optimize Tier Flock

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored using the following infrastructure:

• Database: User accounts, tier lists, and related data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon.
• Images: Uploaded images are stored via Cloudflare R2 object storage.
• Hosting: The application is deployed on Vercel.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies strictly for authentication purposes. When you sign in, a session cookie is set to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Tier Flock:

• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
• Cloudflare R2 — Image storage

These services may process your data as part of providing their infrastructure. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising services.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. Account deletion can also be initiated from your account settings.

Tier Flock is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
